  2. Voltage Standard: All power tools sold by Yan Mar Trading are 220V units intended for the Philippine market.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.


SECTION 3 - ACCURACY AND PRICING

  1. Information: We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate or current. The material is for general information only.
  2. Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of a product.


SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  1. Authenticity: We guarantee that all brand-name products (e.g., Makita, DeWalt) are 100% genuine.
  2. Availability: Certain products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
  3. Warranty Hand-off: For customers outside our immediate local area, technical defects and warranty claims are handled by the brand's Authorized Service Centers nationwide. Yan Mar Trading provides the necessary Sales Invoice to facilitate these claims.


SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFO

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.


SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  1. Third-Party Logistics: Shipping is handled by third-party couriers.
  2. Transfer of Risk: Yan Mar Trading is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit once handed over to the courier. However, we will assist in claims provided a valid Unboxing Video is presented by the customer.
  3. Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited unboxing video is strictly required for any claims regarding missing items or damage during transit.


SECTION 7 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yan Mar Trading from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.


SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the proper courts of Mandaue City, Cebu.
