Payment is processed securely via HitPay, which supports DuitNow QR, debit/credit cards, and selected e-wallets.

Orders are fulfilled within the time frame stated on each product listing. Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We currently ship within Malaysia unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.
Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please note that the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service.
Saive Studio is not liable for lost or delayed parcels once handed over to the courier.
