Q: What is the difference between dry cleaning and regular washing?

A: Regular washing uses water and detergent to clean garments, making it suitable for most everyday clothing such as t-shirts, bedsheets and towels. Dry cleaning uses specialised cleaning solvents instead of water and is recommended for delicate fabrics and structured garments such as suits, blazers, silk dresses and wool items. It helps preserve the fabric, shape and finish of garments that may shrink, lose their structure or become damaged in a regular wash. If you're unsure which cleaning method is best for your item, bring it in and we'll be happy to advise.

Q: What is the difference between per-piece laundry and wash-&-fold service?

Wash-&-fold is charged by load is ideal for everyday laundry such as T-shirts, shorts, pyjamas, towels, and bedsheets. Your items are washed, dried, folded (no ironing), and returned ready to put away. A service fee in addition to the washer and dryer rates is charged. Per-piece laundry is priced individually for each item and is typically used for garments that require extra care or ironing.

Q: Will my clothes/items shrink or get damaged during wash-&-fold services?

Our Wash & Fold service uses standard machine washing and tumble drying. Please ensure that all items are suitable for these cleaning methods before sending them in. While we take care with every order, we cannot be responsible for shrinkage, colour transfer, fading, or damage to buttons, zippers, embellishments, etc. that may occur during normal laundering. If an item requires special care, please select per-piece laundry or dry cleaning service.

Q: Do you remove stains?

A: We'll do our best to remove stains from your garments. While many stains can be successfully treated, results are not guaranteed as they depend on the type of stain, fabric, and how long the stain has been there. If you have a stain you'd like us to pay special attention to, please let us know when dropping off your items.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: We take 5 to 8 working days for your laundry to be ready. 3-day express turnover is available at a surcharge. For wash-&-fold service, we have a 24-hour turnaround for next day collection (excluding public holidays). If you drop off at 3pm today, you can collect at 3pm the next day.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can drop off your items at our on site 24/7 laundry lockers. Follow the instructions on the locker door to complete the order.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We are a cashless service. For locker drop-off, only PayNow is accepted. If you do see us around at the laundromat, we can also accept CDC vouchers and Huebsch app credits for payment.

Q: How will I know my laundry is ready?

A: You will receive a WhatsApp message from us wit instructions on how to pick up your laundry from the on site 24/7 laundry lockers.

Q: What happens if my item is damaged or lost?

A: Every order is handled with care and attention by our team.

In the rare event that an item is damaged or cannot be located, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll investigate promptly, keep you updated throughout the process, and do our best to make things right. To help us care for your garments properly, we encourage you to point out any existing damage, delicate fabrics, or special care requirements when dropping off your items.
