Returns, Refunds & Dispute Policy


All sales are final

  1. Items purchased through PS HAQ Enterprise (operating as a personal shopper service) are not refundable or exchangeable once payment is made and the order is processed.


Authenticity & Source of Products

  1. All items are purchased from official and authorized retailers in Australia based on customer requests.


Original Receipts

  1. Store receipts can be provided upon request as proof of purchase.


Warranty Support

  1. Warranty (if applicable) is provided by the respective brand or store in Australia.
  2. PS HAQ Enterprise will assist in after-sales warranty claims on behalf of customers.


Shipping & Insurance

  1. All shipments are insured under the courier company’s standard coverage.
  2. In the event of parcel loss, a full refund will be issued only after the courier officially confirms the loss.
  3. PS HAQ Enterprise is not responsible for delays or damage caused by courier mishandling.


Order Cancellations by Retailer

If an item is cancelled by the store (e.g. out of stock), the customer will be informed and given the following options:

  1. Replace the item with another of equal value.
  2. Replace with a higher-priced item and pay the price difference.
  3. Cancel the item and receive a full refund.


Dispute Resolution

  1. All disputes must be communicated through WhatsApp or email.
  2. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.


Payment Terms

  1. Full payment is required upfront before any order is processed.
  2. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, and Wise.


Order Confirmation

  1. Once payment is received, an invoice will be issued and the order will proceed only after customer confirmation.


Disclaimer

  1. By placing an order, the customer agrees that PS HAQ Enterprise acts solely as a purchasing agent and is not liable for product performance, manufacturer policy, or customs delays. However, we will provide full assistance where possible.


Customer Communication

  1. All updates, including order status and shipping info, will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
