By enrolling in any BELLEBLUSHSG Academy course, workshop, mentorship, or training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training date. Training dates are not confirmed until the required payment has been received. All deposits, course fees, instalments, and payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to complete outstanding payments by the agreed payment date may result in the cancellation of your training slot. BELLEBLUSHSG reserves the right to release the reserved date without refund.
Students may reschedule their training once with a minimum of 7 days' written notice. Requests made with less than 7 days' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the deposit at BELLEBLUSHSG's discretion. Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accommodated. Failure to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and all payments made shall be forfeited.
Students are expected to arrive on time and conduct themselves professionally throughout the training. Late arrivals may result in reduced training time without refund, compensation, or extension. BELLEBLUSHSG reserves the right to remove or refuse training to any student displaying abusive, disruptive, threatening, dishonest, unsafe, inappropriate, or unprofessional behaviour. In such cases, no refund shall be provided.
Students may be required to provide their own model(s) unless otherwise stated. It is the student's responsibility to ensure their model attends the scheduled training session. If a model fails to attend, BELLEBLUSHSG is not responsible for lost practical training time and no refund, compensation, or rescheduling will be provided.
Training kits are prepared specifically for each student.
All kits, products, tools, and consumables included with training are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash value. BELLEBLUSHSG reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value due to stock availability, supplier changes, or product discontinuation.
Certificates may be awarded upon successful completion of course requirements where applicable. BELLEBLUSHSG reserves the right to withhold certification if a student demonstrates unsafe practices, insufficient competency, lack of understanding, or failure to meet course standards. Attendance alone does not guarantee certification.
Where included, students will receive up to 6 months of WhatsApp support from their course completion date.
Support is intended for reasonable course-related questions, troubleshooting, and guidance only. BELLEBLUSHSG reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate support if it is abused, excessive, unreasonable, disrespectful, or unrelated to the training provided.
All manuals, videos, demonstrations, worksheets, templates, photographs, graphics, course content, marketing materials, and educational resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of BELLEBLUSHSG.

Student success depends on individual effort, practice, experience, skill development, business management, marketing, and other factors outside BELLEBLUSHSG's control.
Students are responsible for ensuring they follow all applicable health, safety, licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements in their own country, state, or region. BELLEBLUSHSG shall not be responsible for any loss, claim, injury, damage, fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from the student's business activities or professional practice following training.
Students acknowledge that they are purchasing access to BELLEBLUSHSG's education, experience, guidance, support, and training materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BELLEBLUSHSG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, financial, business, or personal losses arising from participation in any course, training, mentorship, workshop, certification program, or the use of any products or information provided.
BELLEBLUSHSG reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in training constitutes acceptance of any revised policies.
