Paints & Pigments:

Q1: Are these colours lightfast?

Lightfastness with each plant varies. For our paints, we use plants and minerals that are more distinctively lightfast unless as stated in the product description. Please make sure to read the description before making your purchase!

Q2: How should I store my paints?

Make sure the palettes are fully dried before storing. Keep in a well-ventilated and dry environment. If mold forms on the surface of the paint, wipe affected area using hand sanitizer.

Q3: Are the paints non-toxic?

Our paints are made from edible ingredients, however they are not food safe. We only use alum and iron for our lake pigmentation process, which are considered safer metals.

Q4: Why is my palette an uneven/odd shape?

We use off-cut wood sourced from local carpenters. As these pieces come in various shapes and sizes, we prefer to work with their existing shapes as much as possible versus forming a uniform shape to ensure minimal wastage. Each palette is unique!

Shipping & Delivery:

Q1: How long does shipping take?

We ship our parcels via Singpost and should deliver within 3-5 working days. Please check your mailbox for the delivery package.

Q2: Do you do international delivery?

No. Currently we do not do international delivery. We only deliver within Singapore through local mail.

Customized & Bulk Orders:

Q1: What is the minimum purchase for your paints?

We are able to do orders starting from 10 pieces and above.

Q2: Are there any discounts for bulk purchases?

Please contact us regarding bulk purchases. As we are a small studio that grows our own plant pigments, we prioritize the responsible harvest of our plants and would need to check if our supply of pigments can support the order.
