Delivery Charges & Slots

Our delivery hours are 10am to 6pm daily.

Standard Delivery (within 4 hours) $15

1. 10-2pm OR
2. 2-6pm

Priority Delivery (within 1 hour) $25

1. Between 10am to 6pm
2. Simply indicate your preferred slot on checkout (eg 10-11am)

Out-of-Hours Delivery (before 10am or after 6pm) $30

Delivery Terms

1. Please ensure delivery address, recipient name and mobile is correct.
2. Our goods are perishable. Should a delivery fail, a separate delivery charge and order will need to be placed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:
3. There's someone home to receive.
4. An incorrect or incomplete address.
5. As our goods are perishable, we will not be responsible for products left outside on instruction.
6. We use a reliable delivery company and routes are planned by them. Your delivery will arrive within the slot booked. Kindly note we are unable to provide exact ETA or calls to announce delivery arrival or completion.

Ingredients

1. The secret to our low calorie recipes is in the process.
2. We use the usual baking ingredients, just very little of everything!
3. Wheat flour, eggs, butter, sugar, non-far milk, non-fat yoghurt, cocoa powder, etc
4. We do NOT use preservatives or chemicals in our products

Consumption & Storage

1. We bake fresh to order. Best on the day - taste the freshness!
2. Cupcakes & cakes - within 2-3 days
3. Shortbread cookies - within 2-3 weeks
4. Bean Paste floral cookies - within a week

1. ALWAYS allow cupcakes and cakes to thaw and consume at room temperature, not nice when cold from the fridge.

1. Shortbread and Bean Paste cookies may be consumed chilled.
2. Never freeze our products

Halal?

1. We use only Halal-friendly ingredients (no pork-derived, alcohol or gelatin products) but we are not certified at the moment.

Nut-free options

1. Unless clearly specified, our products do not contain nuts or nut-based products.
2. However kindly note we are NOT certified allergy-free, as ingredients like flour and sugar, could have been processed in a factory that also processes nuts.
