📏 Find Your Fit

A well-fitting flange improves milk flow and reduces discomfort. Not sure what size you need? Measure your nipple diameter, which can be your exact size or add 1mm and/or 2mm more.

Hot tip: Due to IBCLC's clinical experience, many pumping mothers may find that their nipple size does change over time. It is recommended to get at least 1 or 2 sizes as a back-up (if needed).
