Materials & safety:

Directions for use:

1. Wash hands. Open the single pouch and place the pad directly on the nipple area between feeds.
2. Wear under a bra or shield for protection and cooling comfort. Replace as needed.
3. For extra cooling relief, place the unopened pouch in the fridge (not freezer) for 10–20 minutes before use.
4. Reusable up to 24 hours.
5. Discard anytime within 24 hours if pad becomes cloudy, dirty or with stains.
6. If irritation persists or worsens, consult your lactation consultant or doctor.
