September Ocean Conservation Day: 2-in-1 PADI AWARE Specialty for Ocean Conservation! 🦈🤿
At The Submersibles, we regularly organise PADI AWARE Specialty Courses to promote Ocean Conservation and empower divers to be able to do their parts for the environment. Join us this September as we will be hosting a powerful conservation event featuring two incredible citizen science programmes: the PADI Dive Against Debris and the brand-new PADI Shark & Ray Conservation specialty! All certified divers, regardless of dive experience are welcome to join us in making the ocean a healthier one.
We will be having 2 sessions for the day, one in morning and one in afternoon. The morning slot is fully booked and the afternoon one has limited spaces.
📅 Event Details
- Date: Saturday, 26 September 2026
- Dives: 2 dives at Lazarus Island
Option 1: (fully booked)
- Meet: 8:00 AM at One°15 Marina, Sentosa Cove
- Return: Around 1:00 PM to One°15 Marina (followed by debris sorting and a post-dive sharing session. Estimated wrap-up by 1:30 PM).
Option 2: (limited space)
- Meet: 1:00 PM at One°15 Marina, Sentosa Cove
- Return: Around 6:00 PM to One°15 Marina (followed by debris sorting and a post-dive sharing session. Estimated wrap-up by 6:30 PM).

Note for Guided/Un-guided options: Minimum PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent) with 20 logged dives is recommended. Un-guided buddy pairs should have dived in Singapore waters within the last 12 months.
