The PADI Seal Team is for young divers (ages 8+) who are looking for an action-packed, adventurous program in the pool. This program is built around completing exciting AquaMissions, introducing kids to the basics of scuba diving and the underwater world in a safe, structured, and fun environment, through play and exploration.
Prerequisites
- Minimum Age: 8 years old.
- Health: Participants must be comfortable in the water and in good physical health (a standard medical disclaimer form will be required).
- Parental Consent: Required for all participants.
Course Structure
- 2 pool sessions over 2 days (Max Depth 2 Meters)
- Approximately 2.5 hours per session
5 AquaMissions
- AquaMission 1: The First Breath Learn how scuba gear works and experience the incredible sensation of breathing underwater for the first time.
- AquaMission 2: Underwater Skills Master regulator familiarization and learn how to equalize your ears and mask like a pro.
- AquaMission 3: Control & Safety Get hands-on with the BCD (Buoyancy Control Device), practice clearing water from your mask, and learn how to use an alternate air source.
- AquaMission 4: Master the Hover The ultimate "space" experience! Learn to hover mid-water without touching the bottom and practice communication through buddy games.
- AquaMission 5: The Final Challenge Put all your new skills together in our graduation mission! Complete the challenge to officially join the elite PADI Seal Team.
