Make calm part of your week, at your own pace. This 12-Month Membership includes unlimited classes. can be used at any Slumbr Circle class, on Mondays at COMO Metropolitan Singapore (Pool Deck @ Level 19) or Thursdays at A Space Between, International Plaza.
Each class is 45 minutes and follows the same five steps, so you always know what to expect, while the content changes from class to class:

- Carry Calm Home
A certified facilitator guides you through the 45-minute experience. No prior experience is needed. Yoga mats are provided. Please come in comfortable clothing.
