Cancellations, Returns & Refunds


Because our jewellery is handmade and orders may begin being prepared shortly after purchase, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.


Cancellations or order amendments may only be considered before your order has been processed.


We do not generally accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Shipping


We currently ship within Malaysia.


Shipping fees, estimated delivery times, processing times, and other shipping information are outlined on our Shipping Details page.


Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the appointed courier. While we will do our best to assist with delivery issues, Onry Studios cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.



Jewelry Care & Material Sensitivity


Our jewelry may contain materials such as copper, plated wire, stainless steel, gold wire, natural stones, beads, and other materials stated in individual product descriptions.


Certain materials may naturally tarnish or change over time depending on exposure to moisture, air, chemicals, perfumes, and everyday wear.

While some of our materials are described as hypoallergenic, individual reactions to jewellery materials can vary. Onry Studios cannot guarantee that every material will be suitable for every individual.


Customers are responsible for following the recommended jewellery care instructions provided on our website.
