Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Overhead Top Filters

By purchasing an overhead top filter from Neptune Aqua Pure, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Product Information

1.1 All product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images are provided as accurately as possible.

1.2 Minor differences in color, design, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing updates.

1.3 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the selected filter model is suitable for their aquarium size and setup.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 All prices are listed in SGD and are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 Full payment must be received before order processing and shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Accepted payment methods include: [Bank Transfer / PayNow / Credit Card / Cash / Others]. DBS/POSB: 072-14487-42

2.4 A 4% surcharge will apply to all payments made via credit card.

2.5 An invoice will be sent upon request.

3. Order Confirmation

3.1 Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment and issuance of an order confirmation by Neptune Aqua Pure.

3.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery and Collection

4.1 Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 The Buyer must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

4.3 Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon delivery or collection of the Product.

5. Inspection Upon Receipt

5.1 The Buyer must inspect the Product upon receipt.

5.2 Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos or videos as proof.

5.3 Failure to report within the stated timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the Product.

6. Warranty

6.1 The Product includes a limited warranty period of 30 days against manufacturing defects only.

6.2 The warranty does not cover:

* Improper installation or misuse

* Normal wear and tear

* Water damage caused by incorrect setup

* Damage due to modifications or unauthorized repairs

* Negligence or accidents

6.3 Warranty claims may require the Buyer to return the Product for inspection before replacement or repair approval.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1 Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrectly supplied Products.

7.2 Returned Products must be:

* In original condition

* Complete with accessories and packaging

* Accompanied by proof of purchase

7.3 Refunds are not provided for:

* Change of mind

* Incorrect model selection by the Buyer

* Improper usage after delivery

8. Installation and Usage

8.1 The Buyer is responsible for proper installation and maintenance of the overhead top filter.

8.2 Neptune Aqua Pure shall not be liable for:

* Fish loss

* Water leakage

* Tank damage

* Electrical issues

* Any indirect or consequential losses arising from improper use

8.3 Buyers are advised to follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines provided with the Product.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Product.

9.2 We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

10. Force Majeure

Neptune Aqua Pure shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, supply shortages, or government actions.

Customer information collected during purchase will only be used for order processing, customer service, and business operations in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore
