Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Overhead Top Filters Effective Date: 01 April 2026 Business Name: Neptune Aqua Pure By purchasing an overhead top filter from Neptune Aqua Pure, the Buyer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions: ⸻ 1. Product Information 1.1 All product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images are provided as accurately as possible. 1.2 Minor variations in colour, design, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing updates or production changes. 1.3 The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the selected filter model is suitable for their aquarium size, setup, and intended use. ⸻ 2. Pricing and Payment 2.1 All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. 2.2 Full payment must be received before order processing and shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing by Neptune Aqua Pure. 2.3 Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, PayNow, Credit Card, Cash, or other approved payment methods. DBS/POSB Account: 072-14487-42 2.4 A 4% surcharge applies to all payments made via credit card. 2.5 Invoices will be issued upon request. ⸻ 3. Order Confirmation 3.1 Orders are only confirmed upon successful receipt of payment and issuance of an order confirmation by Neptune Aqua Pure. 3.2 Neptune Aqua Pure reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. 3.3 Deposit Forfeiture Any deposit paid shall be deemed non-refundable. Where a Product is reserved upon payment of a deposit, the Buyer must remain contactable and respond to communications relating to the order, collection, or delivery arrangements. If the Buyer fails to respond for a continuous period of 48 hours or more after reasonable attempts at contact by Neptune Aqua Pure, Neptune Aqua Pure reserves the right to deem the order abandoned, forfeit the deposit, and resell or release the reserved Product without further notice or liability. ⸻ 4. Delivery and Collection 4.1 Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. 4.2 The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Neptune Aqua Pure shall not be liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. 4.3 Risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer upon delivery or collection. ⸻ 5. Inspection Upon Receipt 5.1 The Buyer must inspect the Product immediately upon receipt. 5.2 Any claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect Products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, together with clear photos or videos as supporting evidence. 5.3 Failure to report such issues within the stated timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the Product. ⸻ 6. Warranty 6.1 The Product includes a limited warranty period of 30 days covering manufacturing defects only. 6.2 The warranty does not cover: * Improper installation or misuse * Water damage caused by incorrect setup * Damage resulting from modifications or unauthorised repairs * Negligence, accidents, or improper maintenance 6.3 Warranty claims may require the Buyer to return the Product for inspection before any repair, replacement, or warranty approval is granted. 6.4 Neptune Aqua Pure reserves the right to determine whether a Product defect falls within warranty coverage. ⸻ 7. Returns and Exchanges 7.1 Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrectly supplied Products. 7.2 Returned Products must be: * In original condition * Accompanied by valid proof of purchase 7.3 Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for: * Change of mind * Incorrect model selection by the Buyer * Improper installation or usage after delivery ⸻ 8. Installation and Usage 8.1 The Buyer is solely responsible for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the overhead top filter. 8.2 Neptune Aqua Pure shall not be liable for: * Fish loss * Water leakage * Tank damage * Electrical issues * Property damage * Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from improper installation or use of the Product 8.3 Buyers are advised to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and maintenance recommendations provided with the Product. ⸻ 9. Limitation of Liability 9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neptune Aqua Pure’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Product. 9.2 Neptune Aqua Pure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Product. ⸻ 10. Force Majeure Neptune Aqua Pure shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, supply shortages, power failures, or government actions. ⸻ 11. Privacy Customer information collected during the purchase process will only be used for order processing, customer service, and internal business operations in accordance with applicable privacy laws in Singapore. ⸻ 12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. ⸻ 13.
