We roasted this coffee to bring out a balance of juicy berry sweetness, creamy nuttiness, and soft vanilla. The cup opens with a gentle berry character, followed by the comforting sweetness of hazelnut. As it cools, a subtle vanilla-like sweetness comes through, giving the coffee a smooth and rounded finish.
A clean and approachable Bolivian coffee that we find especially enjoyable for its combination of fruitiness and familiar sweetness.
