Privacy Policy

Infinite V Travel & Tours collects, uses, discloses, and protects the Client and its Travelers’ personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A 10173). Non-public personal information will not be shared to non-affiliated third parties; any information will be shared only with consent of the parties thereto.


The following personal information may be obtained:

• Passports or valid identification cards stating the Client or Travelers’ full legal name, date of birth, gender, and citizenship;

• Contact information including home address, email address, business address, home telephone numbers and business telephone numbers; and

• Other pertinent and necessary details for booking and visa processing, if applicable.


The Client or Travelers’ personal information may be used:

  1. to verify identity;
  2. to provide the services purchased from us;
  3. to market our services via electronic means (e.g. by email, chat, or social media, for this purpose);
  4. to improve our services;
  5. to bill and to collect any outstanding balance due us;
  6. for communications and information dissemination;
  7. to protect or enforce Our legal rights and interests, including defending any claim; and
  8. for any other purpose authorized by the Client, or Travelers, or the Act.



The Client or Travelers’ Personal Information may be disclosed to:

• Any supplier, when applicable, including any person, natural or juridical, that hosts or maintains underlying IT systems or data centers for websites we use for providing Services;

• Any person legally authorized to compel us to supply Personal Information (e.g. a regulatory authority), or any other person authorized by the Act or another law (e.g. a law enforcement agency), provided that: (1) The affected Client or Traveler is immediately notified of such requirement to allow them to seek a protective order or appropriate remedy, and (2) if no such injunctive relief is secured, we shall disclose only the information required by the order; and

• any other person expressly authorized by the Client or Travelers.

As some suppliers are located outside the Philippines, personal information may likewise be held and processed beyond the Philippines, whenever necessary, for us to duly provide the services purchased.


Protecting Personal Information

We take prudent steps to store and secure our Client and Travelers’ personal information from loss, unauthorized activity, or other forms of misuse. We do not sell, distribute, or lease any personal information to third parties without express authorization of the respective Client or Traveler.


Accessing and Correcting Personal Information

Subject to certain grounds for refusal set out in the Act, the Client or Traveler has the right to access their personal information and to request corrections to the same. Before exercising such right, the Client or Traveler concerned shall provide proof to confirm that they are the individual to whom the personal information relates.

In requests for corrections, necessary corrections will be made to the information as requested, whenever valid and reasonable. To exercise such right, a notice must be sent via email at [email protected], with valid proofs of identity attached, and details of the requested correction laid out therein.


Internet Use

We actively take reasonable steps to secure Our Client’s and Traveler’s personal information online. However, any personal information shared to us online by the Client or Traveler is at their own risk.


Policy Change

Changes may be made to this policy. Any changes apply from the time the revised policy is published on our website, infinitevtravel.com.
