Payment Terms:
- Monthly fees are payable in advance at the start of each month.
- Unused consultation hours can be rolled over to the following month (up to 20 hours).
- On-site consultations outside Singapore will incur additional travel, time, and lodging expenses, not covered by the retainer fee.
