You will receive an event confirmation and walk details 1 week before the event.

Cancellation by Gentle Walks
For this series, there is a minimum of 4 pax to commence. If the minimum is not met, you will be offered an option of refund or to use the credits for future sessions.
For sessions cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions, participants may choose a future session as a replacement, valid for three months. Refund option is not available in this scenario.
Late Arrival / Absence
Should you not be able to attend on the last minute, or expect to be more than 15 minutes late, kindly inform the guide in advance to qualify for a replacement session, valid for three months. Refund is not available in this case. Participants who are absent without prior information (no-show) will not be offered replacement sessions unfortunately.
