2. Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
3. Standard luggage size (61cm or 26"). Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
4. Not wheelchair/stroller accessible
5. All rates quoted above are subject to peak period charges during festive seasons and events such as New Year, Chinese New Year, Air Show, Singapore Night Race, Christmas, or other Singapore public holiday periods. Additional charges of SGD20 per way apply (Pay directly to the driver)

Departure note:

1. Upon Departure: Recommend all customers 3-4 hours prior to the flight departure time to airport
2. If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
3. Departure transfer waiting time: Appointed time + 10mins. Exceeding waiting time, charges apply
