1. Maximum capacity: 08 pax (With each a luggage); 12pax (Without Luggage)
2. Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
3. Standard luggage size (61cm or 26"). Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
4. Not wheelchair/stroller accessible
5. All rates quoted above are subject to peak period charges during festive seasons and events such as New Year, Chinese New Year, Air Show, Singapore Night Race, Christmas, or other Singapore public holiday periods. Additional charges of SGD20 per way apply (Pay directly to the driver)

Arrival note:

1. Upon Arrival: Arrival hall exit belt (glass door exit belt) closest to the designated luggage belt of your flight. Look out for the placard (Guest Name or Signage)
2. If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
3. Waiting Time: Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual day landing time + 60 minutes. Exceeding waiting time, charges apply.
