TERMS & CONDITIONS

Commissioned Projects or Custom Orders

  1. We highly recommend our clients to inquire first in order to discuss the details and materials to be used for their project. Client must be clear and concise with the details before we proceed to look for the needed materials and before we proceed with the Quotation.
  2. A 50% downpayment is required before we proceed in starting the project. The downpayment is needed in order for us to purchase the materials from our suppliers. The remaining balance must be settled once the project is finished and ready to be shipped.
  3. An official BIR sales invoice receipt will be issued and is included in the parcel.
  4. All purchased items are double checked for quality and comfort before carefully packed in a corrugated box with bubble wrap and fillers to prevent damage. However, we are not liable for any damages or dents that occur during transit.


Ready made pieces

  1. All ready-made pieces must be paid up front in full amount before we proceed to pack the ordered items.
  2. We pack each order in a corrugated box that is carefully wrapped in a bubble wrap and fillers. We will not be held liabel to ny damage or dents that occur during transit.




RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. Strictly no returns or refunds on commissioned projects or custom orders since these type of orders are intentionally customized to one client and all materials used will not be salvageable for reuse or remaking new items.
  2. We do not accept returns and refunds on ready-made pieces. We include all the item specifications, or if not, customers can inquire further about the items they plan to purchase.




ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. For commissioned projects or custom orders, cancellation must be made within 12 hours because we purchase the needed materials for the project within 24 hours. Any cancellation requests made after 12 hours will be rejected. Customer can opt to get the ordered materials once it arrived, however, they will shoulder the shipping of the said materials. Such act of cancelling a commission project or custom orders after 12 hours will ban the customer from our shop and will not be able to book any commissions or custom orders from us in the future.
  2. For ready-made pieces, we accept order cancellation within 48 hours only. Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours will be rejected, hence, marking the item as sold.




PAYMENT MEHODS

We accept any payment methods except COD (Cash-on Delivery).

We do not accept COD payments in order to avoid parcel returns for customers who suddenly changed their mind and to avoid extra charges for parcel shipping returns.




LOGISTICS & SHIPMENT

  1. LBC is our standard shipping courier since all the items we shipped so far using this company arrived safely and in good condition.
  2. GRAB OR LALAMOVE. We use these couriers as per request of our customers and for bulky items if delivery will be made within our area (Laguna) to Manila / NCR. Delivery via these couriers will arrive within 12 hours or less depending on the client's location. Customers are held responsible to pay for extra charges such as (a) long waiting time for the item to be received by the customer, (b) wrong address or pin, (c) subdivision gatepass *if any, (d) delivery priority fees for quick booking.




SPECIAL CASES

Both cases are more likely rare to happen, however, we are open to reach out and fix such cases.

  1. For commissioned projects or custom orders, if there are a few pieces detached and not damaged, we can offer repair of the item, however, customer will shoulder the shipping fees back and forth. Customer will also receive discounts and special freebies on their next commission.
  2. For ready-made pieces, if there are a few pieces detached and not damaged, we can offer to change the item, but customer must first, take a photo of the item/s that was detached then ship back the item. Once we receive the item, we will ship the new item, free-of-charge.
