“Future – with Farmers” edition is born from a sustainability/agrarian challenge by supporting farmers, reducing wastage, and pushing the limits of craft, utilizing Togai (out-of-grade) rice for sake making. Layered aromas of cantaloupe, pear, and strawberry with notes of rice bran. The palate is defined by a velvety, soft, and rounded texture, a nuanced sweetness, and an elegant, lingering finish.
