Terms and Conditions

1. Terms of Agreement. The execution of this form by you constitutes a contract between you and Concept of Price Trading Pte Ltd (COP) (“the Agreement”) and your acceptance and agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Be sure that you carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions herein contained. The disclaimers, terms and conditions herein contained are of general application and may be supplemented from time to time by additional disclaimers, guidelines, rules, terms and conditions of specific application where deemed fit by COP.
2. Description of Service. COP currently conducts courses on a wide variety of investment methods, techniques and strategies including the Rocket Method™, Concept of Price Trading Method™, Price Rhythm™ and High Speed Price Rhythm™. Your eligibility for the courses or services offered by COP, or any of its affiliates, is subject to final approval and acceptance by COP. COP assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the views, opinions or recommendations expressed or presented and COP does not represent or warrant that the information disseminated during the courses are complete or accurate and subject to change. The views, opinions or recommendations expressed or presented is not an endorsement of any particular company or individual.
3. Intellectual Property. COP either owns or has obtained permission from the owner to use all of the contents for the courses. The names, graphics, logos, icons, designs, words, titles and phrases on the course materials, brochures and any other publication constitute trademarks, trade names, trade dress and associated products and services of COP or its affiliates. The trademarks, trade names, trade dress and associated products and services represented on the course materials, brochures and any other publication are protected under Singapore and international law and their display on course materials, brochures and any other publication does not convey or create any license or other rights in these trademarks, trade names, trade dress and associated products and services. Any use of them without prior written authorization of COP is strictly prohibited. The trademarks for all products or services which are not those of COP are the trademarks of their respective owners. The display of these trademarks or trade names on course materials, brochures and any other publication does not convey or create any license or other rights in these trademarks or trade names. Any unauthorized use of them is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, reproduction or modification of the contents of course materials, brochures and any other publication by any person may be a violation of federal or common law, trade-mark and/or copyright laws and could subject the user to legal action.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties. Except as expressly provided otherwise COP disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the timeliness, sequence, quality, accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or availability of information or material contained in the course materials, presentation by course instructors and any other presentation or publication. The course materials, brochures and any other presentation or publication may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Any materials, information or advice are provided for information and educational purposes only and are not intended to provide legal or investment advice and should not be relied upon in that regard. Your trading or investment situation may be unique and therefore you should independently consult an investment advisor.

Except as expressly provided herein or otherwise in other supplemental agreement, COP and its data providers will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information in their courses but all courses and services offered by COP are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties whatsoever. COP and its data providers disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. COP and its data providers disclaim any warranties for services received through or advertised on their brochures or other publication as well as for any information or advice received from COP, the course instructors, authors, employees or their affiliates.

You understand and agree that any material or otherwise obtained through the use of the services is done so at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any loss, damages or claims that result from the use of such material. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you

1. Limitation of Liability. Except as expressly provided herein or otherwise in other supplemental agreement, in no event shall COP, any of its affiliates or data providers or anyone else involved in creating, producing, delivering or managing the course materials, brochures or other publication (collectively the "Service Providers"), be liable to you or any third party for any claims whatsoever, including without limitation direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (including without limitation any lost revenues, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of prospective economic advantage) arising out of or in connection with the of COP’s course materials, information or advice. COP and the Service Providers shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including without limitation any damages suffered as a result of omissions or assume no liability or responsibility for damage or injury to persons arising from any use of any course materials, information or advice. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
2. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COP and its affiliates from and against any claims arising out of or relating to the use of COP’s course materials, information or advice.
3. Other Agreements.

A. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement or any dispute arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement or services provided in connection therewith shall be in the courts of law located in the Republic of Singapore.

B. Entire Agreement. This Agreement, along with any Supplemental Agreements, is the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties, and it supersedes all previous communications, representations or agreements, either oral or written, between them with respect to this subject matter. No representations or statements of any kind made by any affiliate of COP, which are not included in this Agreement, shall be binding on COP or its affiliates.

C. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be automatically reformed and construed so as to be valid, operative and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law or equity while preserving its original intent. The invalidity of any part of this Agreement shall not render invalid the remainder of this Agreement.

Note: All Sales are final and there will be no refunds. Full settlement of course fee to be made prior to start of course. In the event that you cannot attend the course on the dates you have signed up for, you may attend the next series.
