Voucher Purchase:
- Vouchers are issued electronically; no physical copy will be provided.
- The following details are required for voucher customisation:
- Name(s) or Event Name, and Start date of the 6-month validity period
- Voucher purchases are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday and issued within 3 business days following payment confirmation.
- Vouchers are sent strictly via email.
- Araya reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- To make payment via PayNow, transfer to UEN: 202233771C (Araya Concepts Pte Ltd). Once payment is completed, please email the proof of transaction to [email protected] to initiate processing.
Voucher Redemption:
- Valid for dine-in only.
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Extensions are not permitted.
- Vouchers must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any unused value is non-refundable and cannot be retained for future use.
- Not valid for special events, including but not limited to collaboration dinners, as determined at Araya’s sole discretion.
- To redeem the voucher, reservations must be secured at least 3 days in advance by phone at (65) 8870 0871 or email at [email protected].
- Please provide the voucher serial number when making a reservation.
- Voucher must be presented upon arrival at Araya.
- Vouchers are non-replaceable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, in whole or in part.
- Vouchers not redeemed within the validity period will be forfeited.
