2. Crochet Products (flower bouquets, potted crochet and keychains,)

2.1. Angel Garden Studio offers a variety of handmade crochet products, including flower bouquets, accessories, plushies, keychains, and more.

2.2. The description and images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

2.3. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique, and there may be slight variations in colour, size, or design compared to the images displayed on the website. We strive to replicate designs as accurately as possible, but no two handmade items will be exactly alike.

2.4. We believe these variations enhance the individuality of each product and assure you of the authenticity of our handmade items.

3. Bookings (Hair Services)

3.1 Customers must indicate their preferred date and time in the remark box during checkout.

3.2 Bookings are confirmed only after payment or confirmation from Angel Garden Studio

3.3 No more than 15 mins late, late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1. To place an order, you may be required to provide personal information, including name, address, and payment details.

4.2. Orders will be processed upon payment confirmation.

4.3. Full payment is required for all products and services. Additional charges may apply for customisations or add-ons.

4.4. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

5. Tracked Mail

5.1. For shipping within Singapore, tracked mail is charged at $3 per order.

5.2. Orders would be shipped out within one week of purchase, tracking number will be sent to customers' email once shipped out.

5.3. We are not responsible for any damages or loss during the mailing process.

5.4. We are not responsible for any incorrect input filled wrongly that result in wrong address delivery or failed delivery.

6. Doorstep Delivery

6.1. Doorstep delivery is charged at $20 per order unless otherwise stated on collection or product page.

6.2. Products will be delivered from 9am to 9pm on your selected delivery day, if you want to arrange for a specific timing, reach out to us at +65 8876 66899 and we can discuss for arrangements.

6.3. Doorstep delivery before 9am and after 9pm would subject to availability and additional fees.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1. Once orders are placed, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7.2. In the unfortunate event where your products are damaged or defected, please reach out to us with a photo of the item and we will make necessary arrangements as soon as possible.

8. Privacy

8.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

9. Marketing and Social Media Usage Clause:

9.1. By purchasing products from Angel garden studio, you agree to allow us to use images of the purchased items for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, showcasing these products on our website, social media accounts, promotional materials and other marketing channels.

9.2.We may feature your purchased items in a variety of contexts, including product galleries, promotional posts, advertisements, and customer testimonials. Rest assured, we respect your privacy, and any personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
