Returns & Refunds

We hope every parcel from AhBoyLikeRamen.com arrives as intended. Because we are an independent small-time blog, our returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and practical.


1. Consumables and One-shot Items (Stickers, Digital-Art, etc)

As such items cannot be recovered and sold to another customer once used, we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered.


However, if:

  1. You received the wrong item
  2. Your order arrived damaged
  3. There is a quality issue with the product upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.


2. Packaging & Non-Consumable Items

Unused, non-consumable items (eg. pins, accessories, cloth packaging) may be eligible for return if:

  1. The item is unused
  2. It is returned in original condition and packaging
  3. We are notified within 7 days of delivery
  4. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns will be borne by the customer.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the item and packaging
  4. Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed:

  1. Back to the original payment method
  2. Within 5–10 business days after confirmation
  3. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


5. Sale & Limited-Edition Items

Items marked as sale, limited-edition, or seasonal releases are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
