Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns and exchanges if the item received is not correct or found to be damaged. We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect size or fit. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you've received the order, unfortunately, we are not able to offer you an exchange or accept a return. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless otherwise agreed upon. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 24 hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the bank policy.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly first check with your bank provider or contact your card issuing bank. It may take a few working days for the fee reversal before your refund is officially posted, depending on the banks' policy.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be returned and/or refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
