Terms & Condition;

A. Eligibility: This retainer package is available exclusively for corporate entities registered with ACRA in Singapore.

B. Credit Allocation: Upon purchase of the retainer package, the company will receive the stated amount as credits to be used towards limousine services provided by Aries Travels.

C. Validity: The retainer package and associated credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits will expire at the end of this period and will not be eligible for refund or transfer.

D. Booking: All limousine bookings made using the retainer credits are subject to availability. Advance booking of 72 hours prior is recommended to secure desired services.

E. Usage: The retainer credits can be utilized for various services offered by Aries Travels, including but not limited to airport transfers, city tours, corporate transportation, and special events. The credits cannot be redeemed for cash or used for any other purpose.

F. Credit Redemption: Credits must be redeemed at the time of booking. Any excess charges beyond the credit amount will be billed to the company separately.

G. Cancellation:

1. Any cancellation request should be made 48 hours before booking commencement to avoid cancellation fees.

2. Standard cancellation fees are 50% of the booking amount.

3. In the event of a cancellation request made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking fee will apply.

H. Rescheduling:

1. Any rescheduling request should be made at least 48 hours before the commencement of the booked service to avoid rescheduling fees.

2. Standard Rescheduling fees are $50.

3. Rescheduling requests are contingent upon the availability of our services. In instances where availability is limited, we may, regrettably, be unable to accommodate your rescheduling request and may have to decline.

I. Non-Transferable: The retainer package and associated credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchasing corporate entity.

J. Modification of Terms: Aries Travels reserves the exclusive rights to modify, update or terminate the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

K. Limousine Services Price List:

1. Hourly Rates: $80 (Time Exceed by 15mins round up to 30 mins charges and Time Exceed by 40mins round up to 60mins charges)

2. Half Day (5 hours) Rates: $400

3. Full Day (10 hours) Rates: $800

4. City to City Transfer: $80

5. Airport Arrival - Meet & Greet: $90

6. Airport Arrival - Driveway pickup to City: $80

7. City to Airport Departure: $80

L. Acceptance: Purchase of any services or packages implies acceptance of all terms and conditions indicated.
