Masks are made to order based on your selection and size then handcrafted upon receiving your order. Crafting lead time is at least 7 working days.⁣
These are not medical masks and do not substitute for surgical masks.⁣
Masks are strictly NOT exchangeable nor refundable due to hygiene reasons and their made-to-order nature.⁣
Being a handcrafted item, a minor difference of +/- 0.5cm to 1cm in actual measurements may occur.⁣
All pictures are taken from actual masks sewn by SewSweeOh. We try our best to avoid colour differences between the picture and the real product, but minor colour differences may exist.
Masks will be what you see is what you get except for some of the little features below that may be matched at random:
- Colour of the fabric of the inner layer: We try to keep to the same colour as in the picture but sometimes if the colour of the fabric is not available we will use another matching colour. Do rest assure that material will remain the same, i.e. soft & comfortable cotton, we do not compromise on quality
- Design & colour of the adjustable earloop: We try to keep to the same colour and design as shown. Occasionally we may substitute with other better combinations (and even better quality), which will be assigned at random subject to availability.
- Placement and positioning of prints/patterns are at random
