Please read these terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not continue with the purchase, enrollment, or use of GERTC’s products and services.
These Terms and Agreement apply to all products and services offered by GERTC, including but not limited to:
These Terms and Agreement shall also apply to any other service, program, feature, or offering related to GERTC's review and refresher programs, whether existing now or introduced in the future.
Enrollment in any GERTC product or service is confirmed only upon successful payment through GERTC's official store or upon receipt of payment through any of GERTC's authorized payment channels, provided that the payment has been properly submitted and verified through GERTC's official Facebook page or any other official communication channel designated by GERTC.
GERTC reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any enrollment if the payment cannot be verified, if false or misleading information is provided, or if the enrollee fails to comply with these Terms and Agreement or other applicable GERTC policies.
Access to GERTC products and services will be granted only after enrollment has been successfully confirmed.
Depending on the product or service purchased, access may be provided immediately or on a scheduled release date. GERTC reserves the right to determine the method and timing of access for each product or service.
Students are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential. Any activity conducted using a student's account shall be deemed to have been performed by the account holder.
Access to GERTC products and services is granted solely to the enrolled student or authorized purchaser and is intended for personal, non-transferable use only.
Sharing, lending, selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account, login credentials, or access to any GERTC product or service is strictly prohibited.
GERTC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access, without refund, if unauthorized sharing or misuse is detected.
All GERTC materials and content, including but not limited to lectures, videos, recordings, handouts, review notes, examinations, presentations, graphics, logos, documents, and other educational resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of GERTC unless otherwise stated.
Enrollment or purchase grants the student a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use these materials solely for personal educational purposes during the duration of the enrolled program or subscription.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by GERTC, access to all digital materials, recordings, and online resources automatically expires upon the completion or expiration of the enrolled program or subscription.
Copying, reproducing, recording, downloading (unless expressly permitted), distributing, uploading, publishing, selling, modifying, or otherwise sharing any GERTC material, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from GERTC is strictly prohibited.
For purposes of this policy, the "before the program starts" period shall remain effective until the end of the first week of face-to-face classes (Saturday, 5:00pm)
Requests for refunds or transfers to another student may be made within this period.
All requests are subject to review and approval by GERTC. The requesting student must provide a valid reason for the request and, when applicable, submit supporting documents or proof to substantiate the request.
Approved refunds and transfers to another student shall be subject to an Administrative Processing Fee of ₱1,000, which covers the administrative costs associated with processing the request and reserving the student's slot.
Students may also request to transfer their enrollment to the immediately succeeding review batch within this period. Such requests shall not be subject to the Administrative Processing Fee, provided they are approved by GERTC.
This policy shall take effect immediately after the end of the first week of face-to-face classes.
Payments made after this period are no longer refundable.
Students may still request to transfer their enrollment to another student or to the immediately succeeding review batch.
All requests are subject to review and approval by GERTC. The requesting student must provide a valid reason for the request and, when applicable, submit supporting documents or proof to substantiate the request.
Approved transfers to another student or to the immediately succeeding review batch shall be subject to an Administrative Processing Fee of ₱2,000, which covers the administrative costs associated with processing the request and reserving the student's slot.
Upon the completion of Module 1 of the Review Program, all payments made for the Review Program shall be deemed final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
For students enrolled in the combined Review and Refresher Program, the Refresher Program enrollment may still be transferred to another student or forwarded to the immediately succeeding refresher batch, subject to GERTC’s review and approval.
The value of the enrollment to be transferred shall be computed as follows:
Transfer Value = Total Amount Paid by the Original Student − ₱2,000 Administrative Processing Fee − Current Enrollment Fee for the Review-Only Program
Please note that the current enrollment fee of the Review-only program is computed as the 'downpayment + the additional fee of the review-only program' (The whole Review-only package).
For purposes of this computation, the current enrollment fee for the 'Review-Only Program' shall be the prevailing published rate at the time the transfer request is approved, including any applicable promotional or early-bird pricing then in effect.
The resulting transfer value shall be credited toward the transferee’s enrollment in the Refresher Program. Any remaining balance, if applicable, shall be paid by the transferee prior to enrollment confirmation.
The transferee shall only be granted access to GERTC products, services, classes, and learning materials beginning with the Refresher Program. The transferee shall not be entitled to any access to the Review Program or to any Review Program materials, recordings, examinations, or other resources that were made available prior to the effective date of the transfer.
When an enrollment is transferred to another student, the transferee shall only be entitled to access the GERTC products, services, and learning materials that are available and active as of the effective date of the approved transfer. In the case of transfer to the Refresher only, the transferee shall only be entitled to access the GERTC products, services, and learning materials once the Refresher program starts.
The transferee shall not be entitled to access any lectures, recordings, modules, examinations, or other materials whose access period has already expired prior to the date the transfer takes effect.
GERTC shall have no obligation to restore, extend, or provide access to any expired materials or services that were no longer available at the time of the approved transfer.
Once a request to transfer an enrollment has been approved and processed by GERTC, the following rules shall apply:
F. Students Enrolled in the Refresher Program
Students enrolled in the Refresher Program as a standalone program, and not as part of the combined Review and Refresher Program, or not via approved transfer from another student, shall have their enrollment deemed final, non-refundable, and non-transferable immediately after the end of the first week of Refresher classes.
Prior to this period, they shall follow the same terms stated in section A.
A student's failure to attend classes, examinations, or any other scheduled activities after enrollment has been confirmed shall not entitle the student to a refund, transfer, or cancellation of enrollment.
Students who are expelled, suspended, or whose enrollment or access to GERTC products or services is terminated due to violations of these Terms and Agreement or other applicable GERTC policies shall not be entitled to any refund, transfer, or other form of compensation.
GERTC reserves the right to introduce additional refund options or alternatives in the future, whenever deemed appropriate. Such alternatives may include, but are not limited to, store credit, GERTC books or educational materials of equivalent value, subscription credits, enrollment credits, or other products and services offered by GERTC.
Any such refund option shall only become effective upon its official adoption and publication by GERTC. Until such time, all refunds shall be governed solely by the refund provisions expressly stated in these Terms and Agreement and any other applicable GERTC policies.
GERTC recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond a student’s control. Students experiencing exceptional situations, such as serious medical conditions, extreme financial hardship, or other comparable circumstances, are encouraged to contact GERTC through our official communication channels.
Requests under this provision shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The student must provide a written explanation of the circumstances together with any supporting documents that GERTC may reasonably require. Approval of any exception shall be at the sole discretion of GERTC and shall not constitute a waiver of, or precedent for, the application of these Terms and Agreement in future cases.
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any GERTC product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Agreement.
GERTC reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Agreement at any time without prior notice.
These Terms and Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
